These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Top Appliance Repair Los Gatos. By requesting diagnostic or repair services, you agree to these terms.

1. Diagnostic Fee & Authorization

Our standard in-home diagnostic fee is $89, which covers thorough inspection and testing of the identified appliance. If you authorize our technician to proceed with the recommended repair, the full $89 fee is credited toward the total cost of repair. If you decline the repair, only the $89 diagnostic fee is due.

2. Warranty Coverage

All replacement parts installed by our technicians carry a 1-year (365-day) replacement warranty. Labor performed is guaranteed for 90 days. Warranty coverage applies strictly to the specific components replaced and work performed, not unrelated pre-existing or secondary failures.

3. Independent Service Provider Disclosure

Top Appliance Repair Los Gatos is an independent repair provider specializing in high-end appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Bosch, and Miele. All registered trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective corporate owners and are utilized solely for descriptive purposes to indicate equipment service compatibility.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and local checks.
